Fig & Olive, D.C.

Oh My Crostini… if you stop in for brunch/lunch you’ll have to try the Crostini (6 for $22). Each one is like an explosion in your mouth. So tasteful & perfectly paired with Fuligni 1997 – Brunello De Montalcino. Front to back: Prosciutto, Shrimp, Gargonzola, Manchego, & Burrata.

I have never tried Beef Carpaccio, much less considered ordering it. But, WOW! I am so glad I did. It was absolutely out of this world. Do not skip trying it here!

The feng shui of Fig & Olive is so stunning. You immediately feel welcome & at home (especially when you’ve been away from home for over a week!) I couldn’t resist taking a photo of the front dinning area – isn’t it just perfect! // With huge (comfy) couches, pillows for support & the beautiful Cherry Blossom behind the bar, makes all the stress fade away after a (what seemed forever long) morning in court.

Fig & Olive, D.C. ~ Enjoy!
